Terms & Conditions

1.    Guess & Win Campaign Program (“Campaign”) will be launched by ATOM MYANMAR LIMITED (“ATOM”) on         12 June 2026 and will run until 20 July 2026.

2.    Participation in the Campaign is subject to these Terms and Conditions (“T&Cs”). Entry into this Campaign is deemed as acceptance of these T&Cs and any amendments, additions, replacements, variations and modifications hereto, which shall be final and binding in all respects on each participant. Amendments to the T&Cs will be posted at this application. ATOM reserves the right to make changes in Terms and Conditions of the Campaign, including the substitution of a prize, Campaign period which will become effective upon announcement. By entering the Campaign, participants agree to be bound by and to comply with the T&Cs.

3.    The Campaigns open to all customers who subscribe to ATOM’s prepaid mobile telephone services (“ATOM Customers”), unless otherwise determined in these T&C. ATOM Customers, who want to participate in the Campaign will be required to access their “ATOM Store” application on their mobile device. 

4.    The following categories of persons or legal entities are eligible to participate in the Campaign and able to  get the instant prizes (data or star points), but they are not able to win Grand Prizes (“Limited Participants”): 

a)    any employees of ATOM, including employees on full-time, part-time, permanent, or temporary arrangements. 
b)    any service providers to ATOM or business partners of ATOM, as well as employees of such; or
c)    any parties involved in sale or distribution of any ATOM products or services, as well as employees of such.

ATOM shall have the absolute discretion to determine the eligibility of any Participants, including after a Participant has won a prize. Any Grand Prizes won by a Limited Participant shall be retained by ATOM and disposed of at ATOM`s sole discretion.

5.    All ATOM Customers who can access ATOM store application will be offered one free chance to predict the matches as daily basic. However, this free prediction chance will be expired within the same day and cannot carry over next day. ATOM Customer can predict more football chances by using their ATOM star points (50 ATOM star points = one chance to predict a football match). 50 points will be automatically deducted from ATOM star points as soon as ATOM Customers guess each match. 

6.    The Eligible Customers can have the instant rewards if they correctly predict the winning team. The list of Instant Rewards are as follows:

7.    The winners of Free Internet Data Winner will obtain these prizes as a direct credit to their internet as soon as they accurate match prediction. The ATOM star points can be used as per related terms and conditions.

8.    Lucky Draw for Instant Prizes are subject to a limited number of prizes per day – as discretionary set by ATOM.  ATOM will not have any liability or responsibility towards customers playing the game after the daily allocation of Instant Prizes are given away.   

9.    After the end of the Campaign, drawing process will be conducted for ATOM Customers who have correctly predicted at least one match. They will receive one lucky draw entry for each correct prediction. The more matches ATOM Customers can predict correctly, the more entries they earn and the higher chances of winning iPhone 17 Pro Max. 5 lucky winners will win a brand-new iPhone 17 Pro Max.

10.    All relevant tax, costs, charges, fees and/or expenses of whatsoever nature that is associated with the Prize shall be sole responsibility of the winner.

11.     ATOM will not have any responsible for warranty, condition for the winning prizes. ATOM is not liable for the loss, damages, validity of stock for prizes and prizes that are undelivered due to incorrect or changed address or other contact information.

12.    ATOM reserves the right to refuse to provide any prizes to winners that are not legally permitted to own or operate such prizes. In the event of any such refusal as outlined in this section, ATOM shall have the full discretion to withdraw the prize and make use of such prizes as ATOM deems fit. The winner shall agree the way/process to receive the prizes that proposed by ATOM. ATOM also reserves the right of refusing to provide the prizes to the winner who disagree the convenience way/process to receive the prizes that proposed by ATOM.

13.     In connection with the collection of prizes, ATOM will conduct customer validation process such as verifying customer’s name, last balance top-up amount, most call/frequent numbers, and personal information.  ATOM reserves the right to refuse to provide prizes to parties that do not pass the customer validation process.  

14.    ATOM also assumes no responsibility for any loss or damage or expenses arising in connection with the Lucky Draw, howsoever arising, including without limitation, from any late or non-notification, any error in computing, technical hardware or software breakdown, malfunctions or defects, failed, delayed or incorrect transactions, or lost or unavailable network connections, or any notice that is lost or misdirected and any situation which is beyond the control of ATOM which may affect any customer’s eligibility for the Lucky Draw.  

15.    . ATOM shall have the full discretion to decide if prizes shall be delivered to the Customer or collected at ATOM`s main office or other offices. ATOM will not take any responsibility when the prizes are impossible to deliver for the condition of beyond ATOM’s reasonable control or impossible to collect by the winner. ATOM shall be entitled to reuse these prizes for other winners or other campaigns with their own discretion.
16.    Nobody shall transfer the prizes with money value. The prize for the winner is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered by ATOM (or) partner. Unless otherwise stated in these T&C, a winner who is awarded a prize might however at its discretion sell or dispose of one or more prizes as the customer deems fit. Where prizes contain a specific date during which the prize should be accepted or utilized, no requests for extensions or replacements whatsoever will be entertained. ATOM does not accept and expressly disclaims any warranties express or implied in connection with any prizes to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. 

17.    By participating in ATOM’s Lucky Draw, customers agree and permit ATOM, to print, publish, broadcast, distribute, and use in any media now known or hereafter developed, in perpetuity and without limitation, the customers’ name, picture, image and statements about ATOM’s Lucky Draw and biographical information for news, publicity, information, trade, advertising, public relations, and promotional purposes without any further compensation, notice, review, or consent to the furthest extent possible under law.

18.    ATOM reserves the right to replace the prize with an alternative prize if the circumstances beyond ATOM’s control make it necessary to do so. 

19.    The decision of ATOM regarding any aspect of the Lucky Draw is final and binding.

20.    ATOM reserves the right to refuse entry, or refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions and the person who cannot provide or refuse to provide the required information/ document as ATOM’s think fit and necessary 

21.    The Lucky Draw and these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Union of Myanmar and all Participants (including the Winners) are deemed to have agreed to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Myanmar Courts.

22.    In the event of inconsistencies or discrepancy between the English and Myanmar version of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
